RemoteLink stores the account details you provide, the devices you register, and a record of each support session: who created it, when it started and ended, which permissions were requested, and whether the customer approved.

Session codes are temporary. They are generated on our servers, tied to a single session, and stop working once the session expires or ends.

Screen capture and remote control are not yet implemented, so no screen content passes through RemoteLink today. When that engine ships, this page will be updated before it is switched on.
