RemoteLink is in an early build. Accounts, sessions, consent records, and device entries work; screen viewing and remote control are still being developed.

You may only request access to a computer when the person using it has agreed to it. Every session requires an explicit approval from the customer before any capability is granted.

Do not rely on RemoteLink for emergency or production support until the connection engine has been released and tested.
